Emotions are the key to success.
In today’s society we’re taught that emotions are too be hidden. At the very least, they’re definitely not allowed in the workplace. I’m here to flip this idea on it’s head. As a business owner and as a social psychologist & impact strategist I know that emotions are the key to finding the greatest success in your business. Our emotions tell us our passions, hurts, and motivations. We cannot feel successful without them.
In this talk I teach how to recognize emotions and use them to be authentic leaders. Our emotions tell us so much, and by following them rather than fighting them we can find true fulfillment in life and work.
Building confidence by stepping out of routine!
One of the worst things that we can do to ourselves is fall into routine. Of course, some routine is great. But sometimes people get into a habit of putting off their dreams and keeping up a day to day life that they don’t really enjoy, especially women. Women have been told they can’t do it so much in life. So taking the big risk of starting a business or changing course seems like it will fail.
In this talk I give insight to strategies & encouragement for breaking out of safe routines and going after big goals. Women are so much more powerful than they’re given credit for. That’s why I am sharing my best steps toward building the confidence that empowers women to reach their goals & achieve success.
Living between cultures!
Too often the word immigrant is being negatively associated. Many organizations have a blind spot to the superpowers of people that have grown up and live between cultures. This talk is uncovering exactly that. Learn why multi-cultural communication is the future.
Many women are natural born leaders, but society has held us back for centuries. We are told that we are too emotional, too weak, or too radical when we try to step into positions of power. This situation has created a reality where few women know where to begin when trying to step into leadership. That’s where I come in.
In this talk I show women how they have already been using their emotions for change, using their strength to support their communities, and not being radical but reasonable. I teach women to be resilient in the face of criticism and unfair rejections. I help them to reach their full potential as the leaders they were meant to be.
What we can learn from men about emotions?!
Society places men and women into roles while gendering emotions. Stigmatizing men as unemotional and incapable of expressing emotions adequately.
This talk is based on my research on men and emotions high-security prison facility.

We all have some kind of goal we want to achieve, but have we ever stopped to think about the purpose of goals? A conversation with social psychologist Kinga Mnich reveals how goals must first begin as a vision for what we truly want for our lives, understand why we have those desires, and then break the vision down into multiple achievable goals. Ultimately, we can carve out the life we want and be the master of our goals.
